Die Termine für das Gesundheitszeugnis / die Hygienebelehrung sind im Moment nur online buchbar. Auch die Bezahlung ist nur online möglich. Eine persönliche Terminvergabe und Bezahlung im Gesundheitsamt wird vorerst nicht angeboten. Direkt nach der Terminbuchung erhalten Sie eine Terminbestätigung. Dies sind automatisierte Terminbestätigungen, die von der Terminsoftware versendet werden und nicht abgeschaltet werden können. Die Informationen in der E-Mail mit der automatisierten Terminbestätigung ignorieren Sie bitte. Nach Ihrer Terminbuchung erhalten Sie zusätzlich eine manuell versendete Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Die Informationen dieser E-Mail sind korrekt. Falls Sie ein Duplikat benötigen, können Sie dies telefonisch unter 0211 89-92618 oder per E-Mail unter infektionsschutzbelehrung@duesseldorf.de bestellen. Wenn Ihnen die Fehlermeldung „Es konnten keine Termine gefunden werden.“ angezeigt wird, sind aktuell alle Termine ausgebucht.
